PartySolver Return Policy

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied please send an email (24/7) to customerservice@partysolver.com or fax 440.234.4426 within 14 days of delivery of your order for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). This does not mean you automatically qualify for a credit. It means if you follow the guidelines, we will evaluate your return/exchange for credit or exchange. All purchases of the sales items & limited quantity items are final – due to reduced prices we will not be able to accept returns on items purchased during promotional sales.

You must have an RMA number for your return to be accepted.
All returns must be received within 10 days of issuance of the RMA number.
* DO NOT SEND any merchandise without a valid RMA
* Our standard restocking fee applies to items received back within the 10 days.
* Returns received after the 10 day period of receiving a RMA number will received 50% credit or minimum of $5.00.
* Returns received without a RMA number within 14 days of order date will be subject to a 50% restocking fee or minimum of $5.00.
* Returns received after 14 days of RMA issue date will not receive any type of credit.

***Costume Returns***
If you are dissatisfied with your costume email 24/7 customerservice@partysolver.com or fax 440.234.4426
within 3 days* of delivery of your order for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). All costume returns must be received back at PartySolver within 5 days of the issuance of the RMA number.
This does not mean you automatically qualify for a credit. It means if you follow the guidelines, we will evaluate your return/exchange for credit or exchange.
*NOTE: Due to the seasonality of costumes, we DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS or EXCHANGES ON COSTUMES and costume accessory purchases made between September 15th & December 31st.

* Returns received after the 5 day period of issuance a RMA number will received 50% credit or minimum of $5.00.
* Returns received without a RMA number within 14 days of order date will be subject to a 50% restocking fee or minimum of $5.00.
* Returns received after 14 days of order date will not receive any type of credit.
* Mascot costumes and special order costumes are NOT returnable.

If you need a different costume or size costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item and return the item you already received. All replacements must be handled in this manner because the desired item maybe out of stock by the time we receive your return. This will ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement items. All appropriate policies apply to all returned items including needing a RMA number and the restocking fee. Refunds are for the merchandise less restocking fee only excluding shipping and handling fees.
NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS will be accepted on costume orders placed from September 15th through December 31st.

Items not accepted for return
  • headwear including hats, headbands, etc.
  • wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
  • shoes, boots and other footwear
  • socks & stockings
  • undergarments & lingerie
  • bowling shirts
  • seasonal wearables, ex. dresses, shirts, bibs, etc.
  • any item that has been worn, used or altered
  • costume accessories and weapons
  • mascot costumes
  • bunny costumes
  • Santa suits, Mrs. Claus & accessories
  • seasonal/holiday costumes and accessories
  • fog machines and fog juice
  • food service items including stadium cups
  • cake top decorations
  • pinata filler and pinata accessory pack
  • edible items
  • balloons and balloon weights
  • theme party lights
  • custom printed items including banners
  • personalized items
  • inflatable centerpieces and inflatable party favors/toys
  • seasonal party supplies including graduation and holiday items
  • clearance items
  • special order items
  • large quantities that must be special ordered
  • case quantity pinatas must return the complete case for a refund, partial cases will not be accepted
  • limited quantities - All limited quantity items are FINAL SALES.
  • Items purchased as a party package cannot be returned separately. The complete party package must be returned to receive credit.

    Non-returnable items will not receive any type of credit.

    Returnable items must be unopened, unused and in original condition. All items not in resellable condition will not receive a credit. The returned used merchandise will be donated to charity. We do not reimburse shipping and handling charges.

    A standard 15% restocking fee or minimum of $5.00 will be charged on ALL returns received within RMA guidelines.

    PartySolver is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items due to return shipment handling. It is recommended that all returns are shipped back with a delivery confirmation and insurance. We do not reimburse for shipping charges. Refused, undeliverable and unclaimed shipments will be charged a 50% restocking fee or minimum of $5.00 (except for non-returnable items) in addition to inbound and out bound freight charges. Please allow 2 credit card billing periods for all credits to be posted.
